Terms of use

1. Operator

The Beqela app is operated by Jiří Schnapka, company ID (IČO) 03821838, registered at Sokolská 737, 783 44 Náměšť na Hané, Czech Republic, contact jiri.schnapka@gmail.com.

2. What the app is and isn't

• Beqela builds home workouts using artificial intelligence within safety rules.
• It is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or trainer. It does not make diagnoses.
• With chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, numbness, sudden weakness, sharp pain or an injury, don't exercise and seek medical help (in an emergency call 112).
• You exercise at your own risk. Talk to a doctor before you start if you have health issues, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate. The app checks them, but always listen to your body.

3. Account

• An account (Apple, Google or email) is required. Your details must be true and you must protect your access.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account) or by following the instructions.
• We may block an account in case of misuse of the service (e.g. automated requests, bypassing limits).

4. BEQELA Free and Premium

• BEQELA Free is free, ad-free and has no time limit. The app builds your workouts from your profile, without artificial intelligence. History, progress, body photos and their comparison are free too.
• Premium is an auto-renewable App Store subscription (monthly or yearly) that adds a personal AI coach to BEQELA Free: workouts built by AI, chat with the coach, a review after each workout, AI analysis of photos and morning messages. We offer no trial period and no free AI requests. The price and period are shown before purchase; when the subscription ends, you continue with BEQELA Free.
• Payment is charged by Apple when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Even with Premium, AI features have daily and monthly limits; we'll let you know in advance about a significant reduction.

5. Content and photos

Content you create (messages, photos, entries) stays yours. We use it only for the app to work under the Privacy policy. Don't upload photos of other people.

6. Availability and liability

We provide the service as is and aim for continuous availability; AI features may be temporarily unavailable. Liability for damage is limited to the extent permitted by law [to be completed after legal review].

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz). Apple's standard licence terms also apply to the subscription (Apple EULA).
